Overview
All products sold on LushlinCreativeDesigns.com are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
1. The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
2. The Canva link is broken due to an error on our part
3. The downloaded file cannot be opened as intended
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly help resolve the issue or provide a corrected file.
Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once a purchase has been completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-Canva templates
-Template bundles or sets
-Digital files or instant downloads
Please review all product descriptions, images, and details carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
No Refunds for the Following
Refunds will not be provided for:
1. Accidental purchases
2. Change of mind
3. Incorrect product selection
4. Lack of Canva knowledge or experience
5. Canva compatibility issues (Free vs Pro), as stated in the product description
6. Failure to read the product listing
7. Requests made after files have been downloaded
