Yes. Canva works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, though a desktop is recommended for the best editing experience.
Yes! Once you edit your template in Canva, you can print it directly through Canva using their professional printing service, or you can download the file and print it yourself.
You have two options:
1. Print with Canva
After editing your design, Canva offers printing options such as invitations, cards, signs, and more. You can place your order directly through Canva, and they will print and ship it to you.
2. Download & Print Yourself
You can also download your finished design as a PDF, PNG, or JPG file and print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service of your choice.
This gives you full flexibility to choose the printing option that works best for you.
Yes, for personal or single business use only.
Templates may not be:
1. Resold
2. Shared
3. Redistributed
4. Used to create new products for sale
Yes. You may reuse the included design elements within Canva to create additional coordinating items for your personal event if a specific template is not included. This allows you to maintain a cohesive look across your celebration.
Please note that the templates and design elements are for own personal events or business promotional use only. They may not be used for business, client work, commercial purposes, or resold, shared, or redistributed in any form.
Yes! You may use the templates for your own events or business promotions, including digital or printed materials. You may also edit and customize them to suit your needs.
What you cannot do: The templates cannot be sold, shared, redistributed, or used to create designs for clients or third parties.
Yes! If you see elements or styles from multiple templates that you would like combined into one design, feel free to contact us. These requests are considered custom design requests and may require additional time or pricing depending on the changes requested.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only considered for technical issues (such as broken or inaccessible files).

If you no longer have access to the email address used during checkout, please contact us with your order details. We’ll do our best to help restore access to your purchase using an updated email address whenever possible.
